About airtag names
AirTag names function as digital labels for your physical belongings. These names are typically short and descriptive to ensure they remain readable on small screens. Many users choose names based on the specific object being tracked, such as 'Car Keys' or 'Blue Backpack'.
You can also use more playful or character-based naming styles. Some people select names that imply a sense of adventure or personify the device. This approach makes tracking your items feel less like a utility and more like a small part of your daily routine.
How to choose airtag names
Choose short words to ensure the full name displays in notifications.
Use specific identifiers like colors or locations to distinguish between multiple tags.
Pick a consistent naming convention for all items in a single category like luggage.
